1- The unit can be manual/motorized control for current variation and push-button controlled.
2- The unit can be microprocessor based complete with the onboard digitized panel.
3- The unit can be PLC based complete with a computer, HMI memory, printer etc. for operation.

Power Components

1- Step down transformer : 3 Nos. double wound transformer shall be used for supplying high
Current and low voltage for testing.
2 - Auto Transformer : 3 Nos. Motorized Auto Transformer shall be used for controlling the
output voltage from zero to maximum to control the load Current.

Metering

1- Ampere meter : 3 Nos. Digital Ampremeter shall be provided with 0.5 classes CT to indicate
the output current. The size of the amperemeter shall be 96 sq.mm.
2 - Voltmeter: A digital voltmeter with selector switch shall be provided to indicate the output
voltage each phase/phase to phase, if required.
3 - Line On Indicator: Neon lamp indicators are provided for input indication.
4- Main ON/OFF switch: Three poles ON/OFF is provided for input ON &OFF.

Termination

An output is brought on Copper bus-bars

Control Panel

(i) ON/OFF switch
(ii) Separate indication lamps for all three phases in the three-phase unit.
(iii) Digital Output Ampere meter and Voltmeter with selector switch.
(iv) Push buttons for raising and lowering the Output current separately
for each phase with change over switch and Push buttons for raising current
of all the phases simultaneously

Regulating Transformer

Will be suitable for Motorized operation having limit switches, lifting arrangement
for Regulating Transformer and for the whole unit, Input & Output Indicators.
The whole unit will be fitted with suitable input 3 Phase 4 Wire and will be mounted on
6inch caster wheels. Will be suitable for Motorized or manual operation having limit switches.

Step Down Transformer

Shall be air cooled type. Primary winding having DCC insulation and the secondary winding of
bare copper strip (RYB & Neutral). The unit shall be housed in an MS Sheet body supported an
angle iron frame. Output RYB-N shall be brought out on the Copper bus bar of electrolyte grade.
The output with a connected star so in case of need, each phase can be used independently.
Casted wheels shall be of 6 inch dia for easy movement.
